A classic but with a little twist. We like to use BACOO Rum 8-Year for this cocktail as it has more of the barrel characteristics like a bourbon which creates a great depth of flavor.
- 2 oz BACOO Rum 8-Year
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Amarena cherries for garnish
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and stir well for about 1 minute
- Strain into a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with 3 Amarena cherries
