Putting a fall spin on the traditional old fashioned, pairing pumpkin spice with our 8-Year rum. The toasted wood notes of BACOO Rum 8-Year and citrus from the orange offsets the sweetness of the pumpkin spice syrup for a unique flavor perfect for fall.
Ingredients
- 2 oz BACOO Rum 8-Year
- 0.5 oz pumpkin spice syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 orange wedge
- Orange peel for garnish
Method
Add the syrup, orange wedge and bitters in to a mixing glass and muddle
Strain in to a glass, add the rum and large ice cube and stir
