The perfect blend of tropical and fall flavors bursting with mint, citrus and apples to get your Thanksgiving festivities going. This recipe makes a pitcher, perfect for your family celebrations but can also be adjusted to make single servings.


  • 1 cup BACOO Rum 3-Year
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice (fresh lemon wedges can be used)
  • 2.5 cups Apple cider syrup
  • Club soda
  • Mint
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Apple slices


  • Add lemon juice, mint and apple cider syrup to a pitcher and gently muddle
  • Add the rum and top with club soda
  • When ready, add ice, stir and serve garnishing with cinnamon stick, mint sprig and apple slices
